The dinner will be hosted by Laurie Webster, who will introduce a small selection of stunning wines paired with Michael’s Argentine influenced menu which showcases the great diversity of wine styles and the quality that this country has to offer. Laurie will take you on a vinous tour of some of the different Argentine wine regions which have steadily gained more recognition over the last decade for their ever increasing quality and varietal selection, it’s not just about the Malbec! Laurie has been involved with the wine trade since starting with Oddbins in 1989, more recently he established Ucopia Wines in 2021, his own business specialising mainly in wines from Argentina supplying some of the best wines from small producers to the UK wine trade and he has an unrivaled passion and knowledge for wines from this part of the world.

The evening will commence at 7.00pm with canapés and an arrival drink, taking seats at 7.30pm in the in the Pool House dining area for a fun evening of food and wine.
