Sausage meat stuffing

For your Christmas Turkey

  • Serves 10

     

    25g unsalted butter

    125g onion, chopped

    850g sausage meat

    10g garlic, chopped

    10g fresh sage, chopped

    2g fresh thyme, chopped

    2 egg yolks

    100g fresh breadcrumbs (not dried)

    Salt & pepper


Recipe MEthod



  •  Heat the butter in a pan, add the onions and gently cook until soft and transparent, then leave to cool.

    Remove the onions from the pan and to all the other ingredients in a bowl together.

    Mix and shape the mixture into a sausage.

    Place into a butter earthenware dish and spread evenly.

    Place into a pre-heated oven 180°C for 25 minutes.

    Serve and enjoy!
