Lympstone Manor is Michael’s flagship and the total embodiment of his vision of luxury country house hospitality for the 21st century. Lympstone Manor offers two restaurants; the Michelin Star fine dining restaurant, it is here in the splendour of the three dining rooms of the Manor that he is able to fully express his vision of ‘Terroir Cuisine’ which translates to ‘food that expresses a sense of place’.

For more relaxed and informal dining at Lympstone Manor; visit the Pool House Restaurant and Bar.
