7 regional Chef’s are hand-picked to join together in the capitol of Devon, Exeter and present a unique dining experience collaborating together.
Held at the Exeter Golf and Country Club, the kitchen is over run by the Chef’s and their teams serving a collaborative seven-course tasting menu. Each course representing their own style of cooking and cuisine.
The menu is carefully paired by the region’s top wine suppliers, selecting the best wines to enhance the dining experience. Michael himself is the host and compére for the night and welcomes each Chef to the stage to present their dish to the room.
The evening paves the way to the Exeter food and drink festival and is a sell-out event each year.
