Michael Caines at ABode Canterbury will also boast this exciting feature, and indeed we plan to introduce wine rooms into our restaurants wherever feasible. Such wine rooms are at once a beautiful and atmospheric part of the dining room and a practical resource that highlights the importance we place on wine as part of the total dining experience. Our wine rooms are not just aesthetic. They are also wholly functional. Each has the latest temperature-controlled wine storage technology from Eurocave to ensure optimum serving temperature for both white and red wines, while the wine bins, mounted on clear glass walls, will allow diners to witness our sommeliers' expertise and care during service.
