Cheese menu
Kidderton Ash (v)
A soft white cheese handmade and rolled in ash. It has a delicate texture and nutty flavour which increases with intensity as it ages. Goat’s milk (unpasteurised).
Tunworth (v)
A mild handmade cheese using milk from a small grass-fed herd of Ayreshire cows. The creamy soft cheese is made in Hampshire and ripened in 400 year old cellars. Voted ‘Best Cheese in Britain’ at the 2006 British cheese awards.

Appleby’s Cheshire
Farmhouse Cheshire cheese made by the Appleby family for the last 50 years. Crumbly texture with a tangy flavour, it’s distinctive peach colour comes from the addition of a natural vegetable dye

Flower Marie (v)
A delicious ripened ewe’s milk cheese with a white bloomy rind, it has a mild creamy texture and flavour that finshes with a lemony freshness

Blackstick Blue
Small batch hand made cheese with attractive
blue veining. Deliciously creamy texture with a smooth yet tangy flavour.
Jersey cow’s milk (pasteurised).
All cheeses are served with biscuits and fresh grapes.
