There is also an Early Evening Dining menu, currently available at £14.95 for 2 courses and £19.95 for 3 courses.

A vegetarian menu is available as well as a vegetarian tasting menu.

Cerney Ash Cotswolds
Made by using unpasteurised goats milk and vegetarian rennet, the Cerney Pyramid is a full fat Valencay-type cheese made from our unique starter. Shaped like a truncated pyramid and coated with an oak ash/sea salt mix from France.

Lincolnshire Poacher Vintage Cheese
This cheese made by the Read Brothers has been taste selected and matured on for 18 to 22 months. It has more depth and complexity with a lovely smooth lingering aftertaste, often with a hint of sweetness.

Durham Cow Blue County Durham
This Cows milk cheese is rich and soft with blue veins and a washed rind. It's rich and creamy on the palate with lingering blue flavour on the finish.

Cotswold Organic Brie
Delicious white organic soft moulded cheese, rich and creamy with a clean fresh taste. Ideal with fruit or it will compliment any cheese board.

Swaledale Old Peculiar
Creamy yellow with a moist open texture and a natural rind which is complimented by a distinct beer flavour. There are four fluid ounces of Old Peculiar ale to each pound of curd.
