Wine at Michael Caines at ABode Exeter
The wine list at Michael Caines at ABode Exeter consists of a minimum of 65 bins including half bottles and sweet wines. We also have a fine wine selection at the rear of the list and the managers and I have tasted every wine that has been selected.
The quality/price ratio has been a key factor in making choices for the list. We believe that all the wines, regardless of cost, are good value for the price at which they are listed. The managers and our trained sommeliers are here to offer advice and recommendations on your selection.
The wine list has been divided by grape type, as opposed to country of origin or region, and then listed in order of price, to encourage clients to choose a wine they may not have otherwise considered. This format has proven to be very successful.
