a delicious cows' milk cheese made from raw milk washed in cider and matured giving it lots of flavour and a fruity smell

a smooth mellow flavoured cows milk cheese matured in caves in Northumberland

Barkham Blue - V
a rich blue taste, smooth, buttery texture with a melt in the mouth flavour, without the harshness associated with some blue cheeses

Cenarth Brie - V
A smooth textured brie style cheese made from pasteurised double cream to give an extra creamy rich flavour

Swaledale Goat's Cheese - V
white in colour with a soft moist open texture Smooth and tangy with a much milder flavour to its "goaty" peers
