Wine at Michael Caines at ABode Canterbury
The wine list at Michael Caines at ABode Canterbury consists of 188 bins including half bottles, sweet wines and a selection of bin ends. We also have a fine wine section at the rear of the list. The managers and myself have tasted most of the wines that have been listed. The quality/price ratio has been a key factor in making choices for the list and we believe that all the wines, regardless of cost, represent outstanding value. Our Sommelier and our managers are here to offer advice and recommendations on your choice of wine.
The wine list has been divided by grape type, as opposed to Country of origin or region, and then listed in order of price, to encourage clients to choose a wine they may not have otherwise considered. This format has proven to be very successful.
