Executive Chef Toby Lin oversees a talented team in the kitchen. Toby has worked with Michael Caines at ABode Exeter and has been at ABode Canterbury since it opened in 2006. He has made strong relationships with the best local and regional suppliers, and his cuisine makes makes the best use of the outstanding fish and shellfish from ports such as Rye and Dover, as well as Kent beef and Romney Marsh lamb, game in season, and a profusion of outstanding fruit and vegetables from the 'Garden of England'.
