Our Executive Chefs in each Michael Caines Restaurant are talented and ambitious individuals, most of whom have trained alongside Michael at Gidleigh Park, as well as under some of the best chefs in Great Britain, France and elsewhere. While they are charged with the task of interpreting Michael's style of cuisine faithfully, they also have the freedom to develop and create their own signature dishes. In this way, each restaurant reflects the personality and style of each Executive Chef. What is common to all is an insistence above all on quality, consistency and regional integrity.
