Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Vouchers can only be exchanged for items of a higher price than its face value on payment of the difference.
- It cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Change will be given to a maximum of £1.00 if the voucher is tendered for item(s) less than its full value.
- Lost or stolen vouchers will not be refunded.
- We reserve the right not to accept vouchers which may be damaged or defaced.
- Vouchers are not valid at Baby ABodes, Gidleigh Park, Bath Priory, Amberley Castle, Lower Slaughter Manor, Washbourne Court and Buckland Manor.
- Vouchers will be sent by recorded mail and will incur a postage charge of £1.25. Alternatively, vouchers can be collected from the hotel without incurring this postage charge.
