Our 5th floor Champagne Bar, located adjacent to the Michael Caines Restaurant, is destined to become one of Chester's most stylish and popular meeting venues, a destination bar for any time of day or night. Spectacularly dramatic photography by Brian Aris adorns the walls and complements the stylishly modern, brightly coloured furnishings, while an outdoor terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a drink, perhaps while watching the Chester races just below.
We offer an extensive choice of Champagnes by the glass, bottle, magnum or larger bottle size, from our excellent house MC Champagne through the best-known grandes marques as well as the rarest and most famous vintage and deluxe cuvée Champagnes.
