Our product range includes artisan olive oils, vinegars, mustards; outstanding British cheeses from Paxton & Whitfield; handmade chocolates; homemade chutneys and other condiments; professional pots and pans as used by Michael and his teams; ceramics by Richard Bramble; fine liqueurs and country wines; and much more.
Our product range is developing all the time and includes:
Oils and vinegars
Sunflower oil with lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves; extra virgin olive oil with hot chillies; Mas Portell sherry vinegar; balsamic vinegar of Modena ASR (aged three years).
Conserves
Wild blueberry preserve with a hint of lavender; strawberry extra jam with marc de Champagne; acacia honey with cut comb; thin cut orange and lemon marmalade.
Pickles and Chutneys
Tomato garlic and ginger chutney; pickled onions in sweet balsamic vinegar; curiously hot mustard with honey and chilli.
Pates and Terrines
Smoked salmon terrine; mackerel terrine with mixed peppercorns; wild boar pate with Cognac.
Sweets and Snacks
Brownes local hand made chocolate truffles; hand made selection of fudge.
Cakes and Biscuits
Scrumptious pecan and pineapple cake; hand baked ginger cake, raspberry shortbread, shortbread petticoat tails.
